Task: “Select your longest focal length and compose a portrait shot fairly tightly within the frame in front of a background with depth. Take one photograph. Then walk towards your subject while zooming out to your shortest focal length. Take care to frame your subject in precisely the same way in the viewfinder and take a second shot”.
I was wandering around my local National Trust property, Kingston Lacy on my own when I had the time to do this assignment. So I had to be a bit flexible in terms of ‘my subject’, who was supposed to be a person but now had turned into a gate.
I think I need to repeat this exercise!
